Our Services & Prices

“The Clean One” – Deep cleaning – Full bike clean from £25

“The Lube One” – Includes “The Clean One” plus lubrication of derailleur pivots and chain with your choice of wet/dry/ceramic/wax lube – £30

“The Gear One” – Includes new inner cables and gear indexing – £42 (Not including internal routing, £5 per cable extra)

“The Brake One” – Includes new pads and cables on rim brakes (£10 towards pads on cable disc brakes) – £42

“The Disc Brake One” – Brake bleed and clean (front and back) – £45

“Free Health Check” – Consultation to identify essential and desirable jobs. If work isn’t undertaken, a £35 fee applies.

Full Service Packages:

Bronze Service: £55
Ideal for bikes that receive infrequent use. Checks bike safety and sets up brakes and gears.

Silver Service: £75
Recommended twice a year for medium-use bicycles. Includes checks and adjustments of important components, plus a full frame clean. Parts not included.

Gold Service: £100
Recommended for daily commuters or bikes with regular use. Includes a seasonal “on-bike” service. Parts not included.

Full Package (Rigid): £125
A full strip and check of the bike and components. Ideal for bikes without suspension. Parts not included.

Full Package (Suspension): £175
A full strip and check, including suspension forks and aircan service on the shock. Parts not included.

Puncture repair (excluding inner tube) – £10
Puncture repair (Hub gear/drum brake) – £20
Hub Service Front – £25 (Excludes bearing cost)

Brake pad replacement (per brake) – £10 (plus pads)
Cable Brake Adjustment (including cables) – £25
Disc Brake Bleed (each) – £25 (Pair £45)

Gear Services:

Gear Tune Front OR Rear (limits, alignment, cable tension) – £25
Gear Tune Front & Rear – £45
Replacement of cables (inner and outer) – £23 per cable

Frame & Drivetrain Services:

Frame bearing replacement – Starts at £100 for single pivot
Full Bike Build from Components – £175
New bike build (pre-assembled by manufacturer) – £75
Groupset Installation – £90
Groupset Installation and removal of old groupset – £110

Suspension & Dropper Post:

Rockshox/Fox/Marzocchi Fork Lower Service – £35 (plus seal kit)
Fox/Rock Shox Rear Air Shock Sleeve Service – £35 (plus seal kit)
Rear Shock Bushing Replacement (x2) – £25 (plus cost of bushing)
Cable Dropper Post Installation – £35
Fork Fitting (includes star nut/steerer cut) – £45

Bearings & Drivetrain:

BB replacement – £25
Headset replacement – £30
Chain Replacement – £11
Chain & Cassette Installation – £23

Finishing Kit Fitting:

Saddle Fit – £11
Bars Fitted – £11
Lock on Grips – £6

Miscellaneous: Any other job can be estimated for £15, but this will be deducted from your final bill if you go ahead with the work.

Labour Charge: £35/hr on work not listed.

Bikes can be collected or delivered for £8.50 each way, within a 5-mile radius of S10.

All costs are plus parts. You can supply your own parts or order them through us at competitive prices. Bike Revive Sheffield is not responsible for the failure of parts not purchased from us.

Children’s Bikes: Serviced at 50% of the above price if booked with a full-paying adult bike service. (Children’s bikes are defined as those with a 24” wheel size or below.)

E-Cargo Bikes: Charged at £50/hour for bikes such as Tern GSD, etc.
